أعلنت NHC بدء التسكين المبكر في وجهة المكيمن بالمدينة المنورة، قبل الموعد المحدد بـ8 أشهر، في إنجاز يؤكد كفاءة التخطيط والتنفيذ والتزامها بالمواعيد المجدولة للتسليم، والوفاء بمتطلبات العملاء، بما يعزز مكانتها كأكبر مطور عقاري في المنطقة ويرفع مستوى الثقة في وجهاتها العمرانية.

NHC announced the early occupancy of the Al-Muqaymen destination in Medina, eight months ahead of schedule, in an achievement that confirms the efficiency of planning and execution and its commitment to scheduled delivery dates, as well as meeting customer requirements, which enhances its position as the largest real estate developer in the region and raises the level of trust in its urban destinations.
The Al-Muqaymen destination spans over 3.5 million square meters and includes more than 400,000 square meters of green spaces.
