كشف رصد أجرته «عكاظ» عن تسجيل أسهم 30 شركة و4 صناديق استثمار عقاري متداولة في سوق الأسهم السعودية «تاسي» أدنى مستوياتها السعرية التاريخية خلال تداولاتها اليوم (الخميس)، وسط تراجعات شملت قطاعات عدة، أبرزها الصناعة والأسمنت والنقل والخدمات التجارية والتمويل والعقارات.
وأظهر الرصد تسجيل سهم «تكوين» أدنى مستوى تاريخي عند 3.70 ريال، و«كيمانول» عند 23 ريالاً، و«الفخارية» عند 15.59 ريال، فيما سجلت أسهم «أسمنت أم القرى» و«أسمنت الجوف» و«أسمنت الرياض» مستويات بلغت 10.02 ريال و4.53 ريال و18.98 ريال على التوالي.
وامتدت القيعان التاريخية إلى أسهم شركات النقل والخدمات المرتبطة بها، إذ سجل سهم «كاتريون» أدنى مستوى عند 57.55 ريال، و«الخدمات الأرضية» عند 19.12 ريال، و«لومي» عند 20.49 ريال، و«طيران ناس» عند 39.02 ريال، و«شري» عند 19.90 ريال.
وشملت القائمة أسهم «تمكين» عند 40.08 ريال، و«نسيج» عند 11.20 ريال، و«العربية» عند 38.18 ريال، و«ساكو» عند 16 ريالاً، و«نايس ون» عند 9.60 ريال، و«محطة البناء» عند 33.96 ريال، و«أسواق المزرعة» عند 9.58 ريال، و«النهدي» عند 86.10 ريال، و«إنتاج» عند 19.14 ريال.
وفي أنشطة الرعاية الصحية، سجل سهم «إس إم سي للرعاية الصحية» أدنى مستوى تاريخي عند 13 ريالاً، فيما سجلت أسهم «سهل» و«النايفات» و«تسهيل» و«دراية» في أنشطة التمويل مستويات بلغت 12.02 ريال و9.20 ريال و22.17 ريال و17.82 ريال على التوالي.
وسجل سهم «الخليجية العامة» في قطاع التأمين أدنى مستوى عند 3.26 ريال، و«توبي» عند 4.60 ريال، و«مياهنا» عند 8.65 ريال، فيما بلغت المستويات التاريخية المتدنية لسهمَي «البحر الأحمر» و«الماجدية» 18.27 ريال و5.46 ريال على التوالي.
وطالت القيعان التاريخية 4 صناديق استثمار عقاري متداولة، هي «الرياض ريت» و«ملكية ريت» عند 4.17 ريال لكل منهما، و«الخبير ريت» عند 5.40 ريال، و«الإنماء ريت الفندقي» عند 6.79 ريال.
A survey conducted by “Okaz” revealed that the shares of 30 companies and 4 traded real estate investment funds in the Saudi stock market “TASI” recorded their lowest historical price levels during today’s trading (Thursday), amidst declines that affected several sectors, most notably industry, cement, transportation, commercial services, finance, and real estate.
The survey showed that the share of “Taqween” reached its lowest historical level at 3.70 riyals, “Cheminal” at 23 riyals, and “Al-Fukhariyah” at 15.59 riyals, while the shares of “Umm Al-Qura Cement,” “Al-Jouf Cement,” and “Riyadh Cement” recorded levels of 10.02 riyals, 4.53 riyals, and 18.98 riyals respectively.
The historical lows extended to the shares of transportation companies and related services, with “Catrion” recording its lowest level at 57.55 riyals, “Ground Services” at 19.12 riyals, “Lumi” at 20.49 riyals, “Flynas” at 39.02 riyals, and “Shari” at 19.90 riyals.
The list included the shares of “Tamkeen” at 40.08 riyals, “Naseej” at 11.20 riyals, “Al-Arabia” at 38.18 riyals, “SACO” at 16 riyals, “Nice One” at 9.60 riyals, “Construction Station” at 33.96 riyals, “Al-Mazraa Markets” at 9.58 riyals, “Al-Nahdi” at 86.10 riyals, and “Intaj” at 19.14 riyals.
In healthcare activities, the share of “SMC Healthcare” recorded its lowest historical level at 13 riyals, while the shares of “Sahl,” “Nayifat,” “Tashil,” and “Daraayah” in financing activities reached levels of 12.02 riyals, 9.20 riyals, 22.17 riyals, and 17.82 riyals respectively.
The share of “Gulf General” in the insurance sector recorded its lowest level at 3.26 riyals, “Toby” at 4.60 riyals, and “Miyahna” at 8.65 riyals, while the low historical levels for the shares of “Red Sea” and “Al-Majdiah” were 18.27 riyals and 5.46 riyals respectively.
The historical lows also affected 4 traded real estate investment funds, namely “Riyadh REIT” and “Mulkiyah REIT” at 4.17 riyals each, “Al-Khabeer REIT” at 5.40 riyals, and “Al-Inma Hotel REIT” at 6.79 riyals.
