سجل برنامج تطوير الصناعة الوطنية والخدمات اللوجستية «ندلب» أداءً متقدماً خلال عام 2025، معززاً دوره في دعم نمو الاقتصاد غير النفطي ورفع جاذبية القطاعات الصناعية واللوجستية والتعدينية والطاقة أمام المستثمرين.
وأوضح البرنامج في تقريره السنوي أن مساهمة أنشطة قطاعاته في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بلغت 1.045 تريليون ريال بنهاية عام 2025، ما يعادل 39% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي غير النفطي، مقارنة بنحو 996 مليار ريال في عام 2024، محققاً نمواً يقارب 5%.
وكشف التقرير وصول إجمالي الاستثمارات غير الحكومية المنجزة في قطاعات البرنامج إلى 775 مليار ريال، بزيادة قدرها 110 مليارات ريال عن العام السابق الذي سجل 665 مليار ريال، وبنسبة نمو بلغت نحو 17%.
وعلى صعيد مؤشرات الأداء، واصل البرنامج تحقيق نتائج تفوقت على عدد من المستهدفات، إذ بلغت نسبة توطين الصناعات العسكرية 24.89% مقابل مستهدف عند 16.5%، مقارنة بخط أساس بلغ 7.7%.
كما سجل المحتوى المحلي في القطاعات غير النفطية 1.299 تريليون ريال، مقترباً من المستهدف البالغ 1.309 تريليون ريال، ومتجاوزاً بشكل كبير خط الأساس المسجل عند 942 مليار ريال.
وفي قطاع الصناعات الواعدة، ارتفع عدد التراخيص النهائية إلى 2894 رخصة، متجاوزاً المستهدف المحدد عند 1040 رخصة، فيما بلغت قيمة صادرات هذه الصناعات تراكميًا 161.6 مليار ريال، متخطية المستهدف البالغ 120.6 مليار ريال، مقارنة بخط أساس قدره 18.6 مليار ريال.
وفي مجال الخدمات اللوجستية، وصل عدد مراكز الخدمات المرتبطة بإعادة التصدير إلى 24 مركزاً، متجاوزاً المستهدف البالغ 20 مركزاً، مقابل مركزين فقط عند خط الأساس.
The National Industrial Development and Logistics Program “NIDLP” recorded advanced performance during the year 2025, enhancing its role in supporting the growth of the non-oil economy and increasing the attractiveness of the industrial, logistics, mining, and energy sectors to investors.
The program clarified in its annual report that the contribution of its sectors to the gross domestic product reached 1.045 trillion riyals by the end of 2025, equivalent to 39% of the non-oil GDP, compared to approximately 996 billion riyals in 2024, achieving a growth of nearly 5%.
The report revealed that the total completed private sector investments in the program’s sectors reached 775 billion riyals, an increase of 110 billion riyals from the previous year, which recorded 665 billion riyals, with a growth rate of about 17%.
In terms of performance indicators, the program continued to achieve results that exceeded several targets, as the localization rate of military industries reached 24.89% against a target of 16.5%, compared to a baseline of 7.7%.
Moreover, the local content in the non-oil sectors recorded 1.299 trillion riyals, approaching the target of 1.309 trillion riyals, and significantly exceeding the baseline recorded at 942 billion riyals.
In the promising industries sector, the number of final licenses rose to 2,894 licenses, surpassing the target set at 1,040 licenses, while the cumulative value of exports from these industries reached 161.6 billion riyals, exceeding the target of 120.6 billion riyals, compared to a baseline of 18.6 billion riyals.
In the logistics services field, the number of service centers related to re-export reached 24 centers, exceeding the target of 20 centers, compared to only two centers at the baseline.
