أطلقت NHC تقريرها السنوي (ESG) لعام 2025، بالإشارة إلى معايير المبادرة العالمية لإعداد التقارير (GRI)، مستعرضةً أبرز ممارساتها وإنجازاتها في مجالات الاستدامة والأثر البيئي والاجتماعي والحوكمة، بما يعكس التزامها بتعزيز الشفافية والإفصاح المؤسسي، ودعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.
وكشف التقرير عن تجاوز إجمالي المساحات المعتمدة للمشاريع 175 مليون متر مربع، بقيمة محفظة عقارية تبلغ 200 مليار ريال، فيما تمتد مشاريع NHC إلى 18 مدينة عبر 28 وجهة حول المملكة، بالتعاون مع أكثر من 80 مطورًا عقاريًا، إلى جانب وصول نسبة المحتوى المحلي إلى 61.67%.
وفي الجانب البيئي، أشار التقرير إلى اعتماد 24 مليون متر مربع ضمن نظام تصنيف «مستدام – المجتمعات»، وتطوير أكثر من 20.8 مليون متر مربع من الحدائق والمساحات المفتوحة، وزراعة أكثر من 4.3 مليون شتلة، وتوفير مسطحات خضراء تتجاوز 16 مترًا مربعًا للفرد في كافة الوجهات، إلى جانب سعة معالجة مياه صرف صحي تبلغ 16 ألف متر مكعب يوميًا في وجهة خزام، مع تبني عدد من الممارسات التي تعزز كفاءة استخدام الموارد، وإعادة استخدام المياه المعالجة.
وفي الجانب الاجتماعي، قدمت NHC أكثر من 77,400 ساعة تدريبية و118 برنامجًا تدريبيًا، فيما بلغت نسبة تمثيل النساء في القوى العاملة 18.35%، إلى جانب مشاركة 1,214 متدربًا وخريجًا جامعيًا في المسارات التدريبية، و126 موظفًا في مسارات إعداد وتطوير القادة، وتقديم 2,400 ساعة تدريبية في مجال الصحة والسلامة.
وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لـNHC الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي، أن إصدار التقرير يجسد التزام الشركة بترسيخ الاستدامة ضمن أعمالها ومشاريعها وتعزيز المسؤولية المؤسسية، مشيرًا إلى أن الاستدامة تمثل ركيزة أساسية في نهج NHC لتطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تضع جودة الحياة في صميم أولوياتها، وتوازن بين النمو العمراني والأثر البيئي والمجتمعي.
ويعكس التقرير توجه NHC نحو مواصلة تطوير نموذج عمراني متكامل يجمع بين الاستدامة وجودة الحياة والكفاءة المؤسسية، ويعزز إسهامها في مسيرة التحول الحضري التي تشهدها المملكة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة، ويؤكد مكانتها بوصفها أكبر مطور عقاري في الشرق الأوسط ودورها في بناء وجهات مستدامة تواكب تطلعات المستقبل
NHC has launched its annual (ESG) report for 2025, referencing the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, showcasing its key practices and achievements in sustainability, environmental and social impact, and governance, reflecting its commitment to enhancing transparency and corporate disclosure, and supporting the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The report revealed that the total approved areas for projects exceeded 175 million square meters, with a real estate portfolio valued at 200 billion riyals, while NHC’s projects extend to 18 cities across 28 destinations in the Kingdom, in collaboration with more than 80 real estate developers, alongside achieving a local content ratio of 61.67%.
On the environmental side, the report indicated the approval of 24 million square meters within the “Sustainable – Communities” classification system, the development of more than 20.8 million square meters of parks and open spaces, the planting of over 4.3 million seedlings, and the provision of green spaces exceeding 16 square meters per person in all destinations, in addition to a wastewater treatment capacity of 16,000 cubic meters per day at the Khuzam destination, along with adopting several practices that enhance resource efficiency and the reuse of treated water.
On the social side, NHC provided more than 77,400 training hours and 118 training programs, while the representation of women in the workforce reached 18.35%, alongside the participation of 1,214 trainees and university graduates in training pathways, and 126 employees in leadership preparation and development pathways, providing 2,400 training hours in health and safety.
NHC’s CEO, Mr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, confirmed that the issuance of the report embodies the company’s commitment to embedding sustainability within its operations and projects and enhancing corporate responsibility, noting that sustainability represents a fundamental pillar in NHC’s approach to developing integrated urban destinations that place quality of life at the core of their priorities, balancing urban growth with environmental and community impact.
The report reflects NHC’s direction towards continuing to develop an integrated urban model that combines sustainability, quality of life, and institutional efficiency, enhancing its contribution to the urban transformation journey taking place in the Kingdom, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals, and confirming its position as the largest real estate developer in the Middle East and its role in building sustainable destinations that meet future aspirations.
