Al-Awali Real Estate Company announced its participation in the “Saudi Real Estate Exhibition in London,” which will be held in the British capital from August 2-4, 2026.
Al-Awali will showcase its experience in real estate development and its project portfolio to visitors of the exhibition, investors, and those interested in real estate opportunities in the Kingdom.
The exhibition gains special importance with the developments witnessed in the regulation of property ownership by non-Saudis in the Kingdom, which provides broader opportunities for international investors to enter the market according to the approved frameworks and regulations, thereby enhancing the sector’s ability to attract new capital and increasing opportunities for the growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
The CEO of Al-Awali Real Estate Company, Suleiman bin Ramih Al-Ramih, stated that the Saudi real estate market today welcomes international investors, given the evolution of legislation, the expansion of opportunities, and the diversity of real estate products. He pointed out that the regulation of property ownership by non-Saudis in the Kingdom represents an important step that expands the base of those interested in the market, granting investors a greater opportunity to study the available options and make their decisions within a clear regulatory environment.
Al-Ramih added: “Our participation in London places us directly in front of British and international investors, allowing us to present a picture that reflects the projects and opportunities available in the Kingdom.”
He clarified that investors are looking for a market with growth potential, a developer with a clear track record, and a product capable of achieving investment value, and the Saudi market today encompasses all these elements.
Al-Ramih stated that major projects and the growth of cities and new sectors in the Kingdom create diverse demand for residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality products, pushing developers to offer projects that meet the requirements of a broader range of investors and buyers.
He emphasized that Saudi Vision 2030 has brought about a clear change in the size of the market and the nature of the opportunities within it, as the real estate sector has become more closely linked to economic and tourism growth and urban development, expecting that international investors’ interest in the Saudi market will increase in the upcoming phase as the regulatory environment continues to evolve and more projects and opportunities are launched.
Riyadh stands out in Al-Awali’s portfolio as one of the company’s main markets, with its portfolio in the capital comprising six projects with more than 1,339 units and areas exceeding 287,000 square meters, while sales of its off-plan projects in Riyadh exceeded one billion riyals during 2024 and 2025.
Over more than 15 years, Al-Awali Real Estate has built a diverse portfolio of projects in several regions of the Kingdom since its operations began in 2011.
The number of projects signed by the company has exceeded 80, while the number of developed real estate products has surpassed 15,000, with a total project value exceeding 16 billion riyals, extending its operations to more than seven Saudi cities.
Its portfolio includes residential, commercial, administrative, hotel, and mixed-use projects, alongside projects in partnership with key entities in the sector, including the National Housing Company (NHC), reflecting its expertise that combines the development of residential complexes, towers, business centers, and hotel and commercial projects.
Al-Awali’s projects also include “Al-Awali Hills,” “Rabwa Al-Awali,” and “Al-Awali Rise Mecca” in Mecca, in addition to the “Akam Mecca Hills” project in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), while its projects extend to Taif, Buraidah, and Jazan.
The “Saudi Real Estate Exhibition in London” aims to reach British investors and introduce them to Saudi real estate products, dedicating two-thirds of the hall space to the Saudi area, with participation limited to five Saudi developers within the program, and allocating a 50-square-meter booth for each developer.
